About the team

The UK Managed Services team partners with UK universities to offer online degree programmes. We are looking for a market researcher to join this dynamic, growing business unit.

We also work closely with our partners’ academic teams to help shape their online programmes to be the very best they can be, bringing years of industry experience and best-practice to the fore.

About the job

  • Monitoring and analysing the HE market more widely, reporting on trends, regulatory framework and policy to help inform decisions taken by the business unit.

  • Guiding partner institutions’ academic teams through our preferred curriculum model and helping to structure new programmes in such a way to support successful delivery at scale.

  • Gathering key information about partner programmes to support marketing efforts.

  • Undertaking ad hoc research projects as required by the business unit.
